A Delta Air Lines flight from Amsterdam to Detroit turned around to divert to Dublin.
Delta Air Lines flight DL137 departed Amsterdam Schiphol Airport one hour late at 15:55 CET to Detroit, MI.
The 19-year-old Airbus A330-300 (registered N814NW) departed form runway 36L and climbed to 33,000 feet over UK then Ireland before starting crossing Atlantic.
But one hour and 30 minutes after takeoff, the crew decided to turn around while cruising at FL350 back towards Ireland.
The aircraft landed safely on runway 10L, 2 hours and 25 minutes after departure at DUB Airport.
