A second Boeing 737 MAX was flown from China amid ongoing tariff disputes with the US.
Another 737 MAX 8 was ferried back to Seattle after China refused the delivery from Boeing’s delivery center in Zhoushan (HSN).
The undelivered aircraft flew from China to Guam Island. After refueling, it departed for another leg and landed in Honolulu.
It finally left Hawaii to Seattle BFI where the aircraft will be stored until to be sold to another airline. But the livery will have to be changed as the aircraft (registration N242BE) was originally meant for China’s Xiamen Airlines.
In the past week a first Boeing 737 MAX was be returned as the ongoing trade war between China and the United States continues.
