British Airways A380 from SFO briefly declared an emergency

British Airways flight from San Francisco to London Heathrow briefly declared an emergency.

British Airways flight BA284 has declared an emergency (squawk 7700) on approach to UK airspace.

The flight is operated by the Airbus A380-800 (registration G-XLEF) which suffered an engine issue 4 weeks ago.

UPDATE 1
Pilots lifted the squawk code 7700 over the Irish Sea.

The flight is starting normal approach to London Heathrow.
