Iranian ballistic missile attack on Israel have prompted many airlines to reroute flights causing lots of diversions in Europe.

As Jordanian and Iraqi airspaces were closed during Iranian ballistic missile attack on Israel, airborne flights between Europe and the Middle East have either had to return to their origins or to divert.

Emirates flights between Europe and Dubai International Airport were the most affected Tuesday evening when Iraq closed its airspace at 17:35 UTC.

Following tonight’s airspace closures, Emirates has cancelled some flights and diverted others. We are closely monitoring the situation and are making all efforts to ensure minimal disruption to customers, while assisting those impacted. Emirates advises customers departing or arriving at Dubai International Airport to check their flight status on emirates.com for the latest information regarding their flights.

Emirates statement
