KLM flight KL791 from Amsterdam to Sao Paulo is declaring an emergency over Gulf of Biscay.
The flight departed Amsterdam at 11:45 CET and was about 2 hours into the flight when the crew squawked 7700 (general emergency).
The Boeing 777-300ER turned around over Spain and declared an emergency while cruising at 30,000 ft.
The flight is operated by a 11 year-old Boeing 777 (registration PH-BVG).

The Boeing 777-300 returned to AMS due to a technical issue
This flight was delayed due to a last-minute repair to the aircraft.
The pilots had to dump fuel in order to reduce the weight before the landing.
I was in this flight. Captain told us he heard rattling noise coming from the engine. Never had heard such noise in 40 years experience. Didn't feel comfortable to cross Atlantic ocean so decided to come back to Amsterdam. Of course, had to throw out gasoline before landing. pic.twitter.com/pxhZOA1x1G
