An IndiGo flight to India just returned to Amsterdam shortly after takeoff.
IndiGo flight 6E22 departed Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at 13:50 CET for a 8-hour flight to Mumbai, India.
The Boeing 787-9 (registration LN-LNR) took off from runway 18L but stopped the climb at 8,000 feet due to a technical issue with the aircraft.
The plane circled for almost 30 minutes to dump fuel before a safe landing on runway 18R about one hour after departure.
