Lufthansa has announced its plan to expand its services by launching new Airbus A380 destinations from Munich in the upcoming winter.
Starting from October 5, Lufthansa will fly its A380 daily to the Californian city of Los Angeles. Furthermore, before the winter flight schedule begins on October 28, an Airbus A380 will take off from Munich to Bangkok, Thailand.
This will be the first time Lufthansa’s A380 will be flying to the Thai capital, with an increase in seat capacity of almost 75 percent compared to the A350.
Additionally, Lufthansa will offer a greater premium product on this connection, with the A380 providing 8 seats in First Class, 78 seats in Business Class, and 52 seats in Premium Economy.
New Flight to India
Moreover, Lufthansa will also be expanding its services to India. Bangalore, which joins Delhi and Bombay, will be the new destination from Munich, served by an Airbus A350.
LH764 will depart for the southern Indian metropolis on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:10 p.m.
After a longer break, Lufthansa will also include Hyderabad in its flight schedule from Frankfurt. This will provide a direct connection from Germany to India’s pharmaceutical and high-tech industries. Lufthansa will announce further details in mid-May.
In total, Lufthansa will offer five destinations to the Indian subcontinent from its two hubs in Frankfurt and Munich in the coming winter. With these new services, Lufthansa aims to cater to the increasing demand for air travel to these destinations and provide its passengers with an exceptional flying experience.
