Many thousands of customers are disappointed with one of New Zealand’s major banking company’s. The Bank of New Zealand has decided to pull away from air new zealand air-points which can be earned if your a air points member with air new zealand. Air NZ has opted to go with Westpac as Qantas has already done this. To many it’s a money making business. It sounds to me if the BNZ are up to know good and have come out on the wrong end of things towards Air NZ.
