Eurowings has put its first A320 in the new livery into service yesterday (1st Feb) between Hamburg and Prague. The Lufthansa Group issued this statement and logo for its expanding subsidiary:

The new Eurowings logo
“The new Eurowings will took off on its maiden flight on Sunday, 1 February 2015. An Airbus A320 with the tail number D-AIZQ and in the new livery left Hamburg at 10.55 a.m. and flew to Prague, where landed at 12.00 p.m. The aircraft, which carries 162 passengers, is the first Airbus A320 in the Eurowings fleet. Further aircraft will follow in the coming weeks. A total of 23 Bombardier CRJ900 regional jets are being replaced by Airbus A320s.
By starting to renew the Eurowings fleet with Airbus A320s in the new branding, another important milestone has been reached in the implementation of the WINGS concept. The range of services oriented to leisure travel under the Eurowings brand allows the Lufthansa Group to open up new customer potential. The airline group is also safeguarding its leading position in point-to-point connections in its German, Austrian, Swiss and Belgian home markets in the long term.
To start with, the flights will continue to be operated on behalf of Germanwings under Germanwings flight numbers. By the end of 2015, Eurowings and Germanwings along with other European airlines are to be united under the Eurowings brand name and should acquire new customers by offering low-cost short- and long-haul services, in doing so providing quality at low prices.”
