Did Israel Prime Minister departed Ben Gurion Airport to an unknown destination, escorted by fighter jets as claimed by many sources.

Footage claimed to be shared by Jerusalem Post sparks global speculation. A source said Benjamin Netanyahu’s plane took off from Tel Aviv to an unknown destination.

Websites citing Israeli media, reported that the plane of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, left Ben Gurion Airport. At the same time, a reporter published a photo of a plane accompanied by two fighter jets, heading in an unknown direction.

However there is no credible evidence that Netanyahu fled Ben Gurion Airport on June 13, 2025. Major news outlets like Reuters and CNN report he was in Israel, leading military actions against Iran and making public statements.

The claim stems from unverified X posts with questionable images, lacking independent confirmation.

More than that, the photo posted actually looks as a IAF’s KC-707s tanker aircraft with two fighter jets. The 707-300s were bought from commercial airlines, before being modified by IAI (Israeli Aerospace Industries) for the aerial refueling role.
