Ukraine has launched one of its largest drone attacks of the war, striking deep inside Russia including Bryansk Airport.
In the early hours of June 6, the Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted strikes on multiple critical military targets within Russian territory.
At approximately 3:00 a.m., unmanned aerial vehicles targeted a fuel storage facility at the Rosrezerv’s Kristall plant in Engels, the Saratov Oblast, which supplies fuel to Russian to Tu-95MS and Tu-160 strategic bombers.
Over 100 drones were reportedly used in the massive aerial assault.
Prior to these strikes, the evening on June 5, multiple sources reported a series of powerful explosions at Bryansk International Airport in Bryansk Oblast, Russia, near the main tarmac destroying a Mi-8 helicopter and damaging a Mi-35.
