A passenger disturbance involving a man and a woman was reported aboard a United Airlines Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner operating a transatlantic flight from San Francisco to London.

The aircraft, registered N61109, was operating United Airlines flight UA930 from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to London Heathrow (LHR). The aircraft departed San Francisco at approximately 02:45 UTC.

During the flight, the crew classified the situation as a Level 2 incident involving a male and a female passenger. The nature of the confrontation has not been disclosed, and it is not currently known whether anyone was injured.

The crew requested that security personnel and law enforcement officers be present when the aircraft arrived at Heathrow, indicating that the situation was considered sufficiently serious to require intervention by authorities on the ground.

The Boeing 787-9 eventually continued its transatlantic journey to London and landed on runway 27R at 2PM local time today. No information is currently available regarding whether any passengers were detained or whether police subsequently took action following the aircraft’s arrival.

The incident occurred aboard one of United Airlines’ newest Boeing 787-9s. Aircraft N61109 was delivered to United Airlines in July 2026 and entered service in August 2026.
