British Airways flight BA35 suffered a technical incident forcing pilots to turn over and return to London Heathrow.
Today, British Airways flight BA35 departed London Heathrow Airport to Chennai, India.
The Boeing 787-8 (registration G-ZBJG) departed LHR on runway 27R but stopped the climb he climb at 15,000 feet then entering a holding pattern while the pilots were dealing with flaps issue.
As the crew could not save the problem, decision was took to return to Heathrow. Prior to that, pilots had to dump fuel to reduce the aircraft’s weight.
The flight descended to 12,000 feet over The Channel to dump fuel for about 30 minutes.
One hour and 45 minutes after departure, the Boeing aircraft landed on runway 27L and was met by emergency vehicles then taxied to the Terminal 5, stand C66.

The airline is confirming AIRLIVE that the flight has been cancelled.
