Eurowings flight EW9860 to Naples is declaring an emergency and diverting

After holding near Naples Airport, pilots of an A320 have declared an emergency.

After 2 hours into flight Eurowings EW9860 from Dusseldorf was forced to circle at 6,000 feet due to fog at Naples Airport, Italy.

The crew declared an emergency due to low fuel and decided to divert to Rome FCO Airport.
