Norwegian flight #DY340 between Oslo and Bodo suffered a loss of cabin pressurisation.

On 9 March, the Norwegian Boeing 737-800 (reg. SE-RXB) experienced a cabin pressurisation problem while cruising at 39,000 feet.

The oxygen masks suddenly fell down, the plane quickly descended to 10,000 ft altitude.

As the aircraft was close to Bodo, the ATC requested a diversion to Harstad Airport.

Norwegian statement:
“Due to a cabin pressurization problem, the aircraft was forced to make an unforeseen stop in Harstad,” a Norwegian spokesperson said, who added that passengers were being transferred onto other flights.
