A Pobeda Boeing 737-800 rolled out of the front landing gear off the runway.
Pobeda Boeing 737-800 (VQ-BTD, illegal reg RA-73294) ran off the side of runway 21 whilst accelerating for take-off at Perm-Bolschoi Airport, Russia.
This was reported in the official Telegram channel of the Ural Transport Prosecutor’s Office.
The Boeing 737 plane was supposed to take off on the morning of January 8 from Perm on flight #DR6512 to Moscow.
However, at 07:20, during takeoff, the aircraft “led”, because it rolled out of the runway onto the part of the airfield adjacent to it, the prosecutor’s office said.
According to the agency, there were 183 passengers and six crew members on board. People were evacuated, no one was hurt. The plane has already been removed from the runway, but whether passengers will fly to Moscow on it will be decided after the inspection, RBC reports .
