Passengers were evacuated emergency slides and sent back to the airport after a passenger’s power bank exploded.

The pilots of the aircraft were forced to stop the takeoff and evacuate passengers using emergency slides.
The incident occurred on flight Moscow-Kaliningrad flight. The pilots of plane were preparing to take off, but at that moment a power bank exploded in one of the passengers. The man threw a burning object on the floor, which caused a nearby fabric to catch fire, which caused smoke in the cabin. After that, the flight was suspended, and the fire was extinguished with fire extinguishers in a matter of minutes.
