A jet2 flight from Dalaman to Manchester diverted to London Stansted due to a bomb threat.

Jet2 flight #LS922 departed from Dalaman in Turkey to Manchester.

Two RAF Typhoons were scrambled from RAF Coningsby to intercept the Airbus A321-200 (reg. G-HLYB) North of London on its way to Manchester.

 

Flight operations were halted during landing.

A tanker has took off from RAF Brize Norton to support the fighter jets.
