An Aeroflot airplane, which was supposed to leave Sheremetyevo for the Mexican resort of Cancun, collided a truck for de-icing during taxiing.

“At Sheremetyevo, a passenger Airbus A350-900 collided with a truck. The driver was injured, there were no casualties on the plane” a sourced said to TASS agency.

The ground collision occurred on the morning of December 16 while the A380 was taxiing to the runway.

The pilots did not pay attention to the incident and the plane continued to taxi. The incident itself was noticed only by the passengers, who reported it to the crew.

The plane involved in the incident is an Airbus A350-900 (reg. VP-BXC) which was supposed to perform flight #SU158 to Cancun.

According to the Sheremetyevo online scoreboard, the flight, which was supposed to take place at 08:55, was postponed to 13:00.

According to preliminary data, the driver of the de-icing machine was taken to the hospital with internal injuries.
