On September 24, AirBaltic Airbus A220-300 (YL-CSb) suffered birdstrike shortly before landing.

Flight #BT432 from Vienna was on final approach when the collision occurred over the Gulf of Riga. The birdstrike damaged the nosecone and radome.

After landing at the airport, the company decided to deploy an in-depth technical inspection of the airplane.
