Scandinavian Airlines flight with 72 passengers to Stockholm from London made an emergency landing after a bomb threat this morning
Plane was parked at remote area of Gothenburg airport where it was met by a bomb team to search the plane.
All passengers and crew were evacuated and later issued a food voucher with the reason for their diversion as ‘bomb’.
Twitter user Tom Onslow-Cole tweeted the picture above, (from Daily Mail) while he was stranded on the tarmac in Gothenburg.
The Boeing 737-600 departed from London at 7am and diverted to Gothenburg. The flight later departed at around 4pm and arrived to destination Stockholm at 4:30pm
