Flight attendants initiated a search during flight from San Francisco when a steward was missing to serve food and beverages to passengers.
Flight attendants searched an A380 midair when a steward went missing as they handed out food and drinks on flight from San Francisco to London Heathrow Airport.
The cabin manager was stunned to find the steward nude in the business class lavatory according to The Sun. He was quickly clothed with a spare pair of pyjamas reserved for First Class passengers then escorted and buckled into a seat for the remainder of the ten-and-a-half hour flight.
The cabin crew had to work the entire flight BA284 without scheduled breaks to compensate for their missing colleague.
The steward is suspected of using drugs before the incident. Law enforcement officers met the flight upon its arrival at LHR on Sunday morning and removed him in a wheelchair.
