A Ryanair Boeing 737-800 has been hit by a truck at London Stansted Airport.
A Ryanair aircraft performing flight from Luxembourg was arriving at London Stansted when the incident took place.
The Boeing 737-800 (reg. EI-EGD) landed at London Stansted on October 4th, 2023 at 14:19 BST.
When it arrived on stand 62, the driver of a truck slammed on the brakes but failed to avoid the collision.
The roof of the truck damaged the right wing of the plane.
The aircraft is still at London Stansted Airport after it performed the flight #FR2861 and may need several days to be fixed.
