A very rare movement to see up here in Northumberland was this RAF C-17 ZZ177 performing a couple of orbits over Eshott Airfield as part of exercise Rising Panther.
As the C17 came in off the coast a Chinook dropped in as the Globemaster orbitted the airfield befoe then heading back out over the North Sea to meet up with an A330 MRTT.
Overall a very nice couple of movements for our local airfield.
