Four activists affiliated with the group “No CPR” disrupted an Air Maroc flight at Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) on Wednesday, March 20th.

The Air Maroc Boeing 737-8O0 with registration CN-RGM was scheduled for Casablanca (CMN) as flight AT951. However, moments before departure, the group reportedly gained unauthorized access to the airport apron and staged a protest around the departing aircraft

Local reports indicate the activists were attempting to halt the deportation of a Moroccan citizen scheduled to be repatriated on the flight.

Airport security personnel responded swiftly to the situation. Malpensa border police patrols apprehended the activists and presumably restored order, allowing the flight to proceed as planned.

The exact reasons behind the targeted deportation attempt and the identity of the Moroccan citizen remain unclear.
