Air India arrived for the first time at Amsterdam Schiphol

Indian airline Air India launched its maiden flight to Amsterdam on June 11.

Direct flights connect Delhi International Airport (DEL) and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS).

The new nonstop route is operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Air India’s Boeing 787s can accommodate 256 passengers in both classes.

Air India now flies four times a week from New Delhi to Amsterdam Schiphol:

  • AI 155: Departs Delhi at 13:10 local time, arrives in Amsterdam at 18:35 local time.
  • AI 156: departs Amsterdam at 20:45 local time, arrives in Delhi at 07:55 local time.

The airline’s new direct routes include Copenhagen, Vienna and Milan.
