Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport has temporarily closed its Terminal D.

The state-run RIA Novosti news agency reported this decision is due to the “situation in the aviation industry,”

Several Russian airlines including Aeroflot have halted all international flights after the European Union, Britain, the U.S. and Canada banned Russian planes from their airspace due to Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.

Sheremetyevo International Airport is one of four international airports that serve the city of Moscow. It is the busiest airport in Russia.
