BREAKING European Union bans Pakistan International Airlines for six months

European Union air safety agency suspends Pakistan International Airlines’ authorization to operate in Europe for six months following revelations that 40% pilots in Pakistan have ‘fake’ flying licences.

Around 40 per cent of the pilots in Pakistan have fake flying licences, said the Aviation Minister Ghulam Sarwar.

At least 262 out of the total 860 active pilots in the country did not give proper exams.
