The incident occurred during a sea rescue operation at Fond Bellemare in French Island of Martinique, around 4 pm on Wednesday 3 April 2019.
While the diver had recovered the victim, during the operation to bring the diver and the victim back to shore, the helicopter struck and damaged three high voltage cables.
Despite the diver and the victim fell in the sea, they managed to reach the coast.
The pilot managed to land urgently. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
