VLM Airlines has announced on June 22nd 2016 that they will be filing for bankruptcy after what has seemed to have been a promising start to the airline’s relaunch. They posted on Twitter that all flights have been cancelled and that operations have been permanently suspended.

The airline posted on Twitter that they are to go bankrupt.

The airline currently operated with Fokker F50 aircraft and were due to receive Sukhoi Superjet Aircraft to relaunch their brand and expand their European operations. This was not the start of such negative beginnings for the airline as they pulled out of Waterford not too long ago either. Make sure to look out for more developments as we receive them from the airline as they have not released a press statement and also their website is down.
