Thomas Cook have announced new routes from Leeds Bradford Airport for their Summer 2017 schedule. They have announced that they will be starting services to Faro, Naples, Mahom, Tenerife, Larnaca & Alicante with Monarch from Leeds, as well as operating flights to Palma Di Mallorca with Evelop Airlines.

James Burrows, Thomas Cook’s aviation director, said: “One of the things that makes Thomas Cook holidays stand out for customers to be able to access our quality holidays from as many departure points in the UK as possible. We’ve teamed up again with Monarch to launch a regional programme from Leeds Bradford Airport, which has allowed us to open up a set of really exciting new routes.”

Tony Hallwood, Leeds Bradford Airport’s aviation development director, commented; “Leeds Bradford Airport is pleased to see the reintroduction of Thomas Cook departures from West Yorkshire in Summer 2017. With seven routes across Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Italy offering up to 13 weekly departures, the range of holiday products on offer will appeal to families and couples alike. Flying locally from LBA will be a major benefit for Thomas Cook holidaymakers who will be able to once again fly closer to home.”

The Thomas Cook 2017 programme features the following operations as mentioned earlier!:

  • Faro – Tuesdays and Saturdays
  • Naples – Fridays
  • Mahon – Mondays and Fridays
  • Tenerife – Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Larnaca – Wednesdays and Saturdays
  • Alicante – Thursdays and Sundays

All of these flights will be operated under Monarch & Evelop operations accordingly during that summer schedule.
