NEWS Thomas Cook reports an impact on bookings from security concerns

Thomas Cook has said the impact from terror attacks has reduced the number of summer holiday bookings – just as details emerged of the latest incident in Brussels.

Shares in the travel operator fell more than 4% with Thomson and First Choice owner TUI down nearly 3%..

IAG shared fell too as well as low-cost rival Ryanair.

Easyjet recovered to finish marginally higher after initially falling.

It came as Thomas Cook reported a reduction in summer bookings for 2016, blaming volatility in key markets because of security concerns.
