Last December, Boeing 747 Virgin Atlantic returned to Gatwick without the right main gear because of a hydraulic problem.
On the 8th October, Air Accident Investigation Branch in the UK released a report saying the serious incident was caused because it turned out that the right hand main gear hydraulic retract actuator had been incorrectly installed.
