A female passenger on board a Emirates flight from Auckland to LHR Heathrow was shocked to find a fly in her in flight meal or her salad. My God what is wrong with the Catering at NZAA/AKL don’t they check these meals before they are put into in flight trolleys and carted onto the truck to go out to the aircraft. I mean Emirates is a top airline for service and there public relations tools are good. I wonder how many other in flight meals could have insects in them. I know they out source there in flight cooked meals to a company but health and hygiene is strict with this. 30 hour flight would send you off the menu finding this in a meal.
