Days before pilots in Houston reported being struck by lasers—by culprits who almost certainly will not be caught, much less charged with crimes—two men in Central California have separately been indicted for alleged laser strike incidents perpetrated in 2014 and 2015. The two cases were filed in recent weeks, and they were indicted by grand juries on Thursday.
