London Stansted airport has announced the next phase of its airport transformation. That is a £8 million upgrade of its Satellite One departure gate area.
This development, part of a £260m investment programme, is being driven by the airport’s ambition to attract more passengers, airlines and convince long haul services from and to Stansted.
The upgraded Satellite One will be modern and ‘sleek’ as well with enhanced passengers facilities which include comfortable seating, fully refurbished toilets and free charging points with an overall improved wi-fi.
