Swiss flight from Zurich to Sao Paulo is declaring an emergency.

Swiss flight #LX7092 to Sao Paulo is declaring an emergency and is diverting.

The flight took off form Zurich at 08:35 CET and turned around close to Spain coast.

Pilots squawked 7700 (general emergency) about one hour into the flight while cruising at 32,000ft.

The flight is operated by a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with registration HB-JNB which is 7 years old.

The flight is returning to Zurich.

LX7092 has just landed back in Zurich.
