A Beech C99 just vanished form radar after takeoff.

The twin engine aircraft (reg. N53RP) took off from Manchester-Boston regional airport at 12:10 UTC.

The crew declared an emergency only 6 minutes after takeoff while about 3,000ft.

The the plane lost altitude and hold 2,300ft.

ATC warned the pilot of altitude alerts several times but it appears for the majority of the flight ATC could not get a response.

Plane is down into power lines.

Pilot is alive, crews are working on extricating the pilot. One sole on board.
