Lufthansa flight #LH433 from Chicago to Frankfurt is declaring an emergency.

After a 8 hour-flight form Chicago ORD, flight LH433 descended to Frankfurt Airport, Germany.

After direct and final approach to Frankfurt, the flight LH433 performed a go around following landing gear issue.

The Airbus A340-300 declared an emergency after landing attempt on runway 07L.

The visibility was over 10 km.

UPDATE #1 The plane is now on approach to runway 07R for a second landing attempt and met by fire trucks.

UPDATE #2 The 25 year-old plane landed safely on runway 07R.

UPDATE #3 Flight #LH433 has been parked in a remote area.
