United Boeing 737 hit by ground vehicle at Chicago O’Hare International Airport

On 26th August, a United Airlines Boeing 737 was substantially damaged in a ground collision at Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

The Boeing 737-900 with registration N75425 had arrived in Chicago as flight UA1664 from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

However, while the aircraft was parked at Gate M37, a ground vehicle hit the nose of the 737.

Footage shared on the internet shows the incident and the substantial fuselage damage above the landing gear.

Thankfully, the ground vehicle driver did not receive any injuries.
