Emirates and Air Transat planes collided on the ground at Miami Airport

On April 13th, 2023 two planes collided on the ground at Miami Airport.

The Air Transat A330-200 was taxing to its gate after landing from Toronto on flight #TS948.

The Emirates Boeing 777-300 was parked and supposed to perform flight #EK214 to Dubai.

The Airbus A330’s left winglet (reg. C-GUBL) struck the right horizontal stabilizer of the Boeing 777-300 (reg. A6-EGH).

The both aircraft are still on the ground at Miami Airport

There were no reported injuries as a result of the incident.
